4. Appointment of 1 or 2 persons as new Directors and Shareholders

5. Issue of shares/ paid-up capital at minimum RM 1.00 

6. Submission of documents with SSM for incorporation

7. Prepare resolution for opening local Bank Account

8. Prepare resolution for First Board of Directors' Meeting

Our Company Secretarial Services Package fee is RM 1000.00 per year and includes the following:

​

- Acting as name Corporate Secretary by our qualified professional Malaysian staff

- Safekeep statutory books and corporate seal and monitoring of its proper use in accordance with the Constitution (if any)

- Maintaining the Minutes and Register Books

- Advising on secretarial, compliance and corporate governance matters

- Provision of registered office address

*Our role in the provision of secretarial services are purely procedural, pertaining to the Company's secretarial matters and statutory compliance only, and shall not be involved in the day-to-day operations and management of the Company.
